I have a Diploma in Gestalt Counselling from the Gestalt Centre in London and am a registered member of the BACP.  I also have specialist qualifications in Children & Young People's Counselling, Couples Counselling, Counselling  Advanced Family Systems Trauma,CBT, Life Coaching & NLP, am BACP accredited and have graduated as a Level 6 Clinical & Creative Supervisor. I also have specialist training in trauma informed working, therapeutic groups and peer support .

I am based in Glasgow City and I offer short or long term counselling to individuals, couples, children & young people or families  online via Zoom.  I draw on over 20 years of supporting individuals with mental and emotional issues both in the third sector and collaboratively on NHS projects in primary and secondary care. I am fully insured, registered with the information commissioners office, have an enhanced DBS check and work ethically in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.

My current fee per session is £45, but concessions are offered if you are in receipt of benefits , a student or on a low income.
